How to receive correspondence at the office?
You do not need to make an appointment with us for a specific time to receive your letters. We value your time, so you have 3 days from the time we send you the email notification to pick up your mail. We will give you a unique PIN number for the box where you will find your letters. You can come to pick them up at any time, even on Saturday at 3 am or Sunday evening (the exception is Wroclaw: you can pick up your shipments every day from 6 am to 10 pm). If you fail to pick up your correspondence at the indicated time, we will store it for you free of charge.
What happens to unclaimed mail?
After the deadline, the correspondence goes to our archive. This is usually a lockable metal cabinet located in our premises. It can only be accessed by Office31 employees, so it cannot be opened with a PIN number. At your request, we can move mail that has gone to the archive to the PIN locker, where it will be waiting to be picked up for 48 hours. If you do not pick up the mail, it will again go to the archive, and each subsequent transfer to the locker will be preceded by a processing fee of PLN 10 net.
