We will hold any letters that do not require receipt confirmation, but in the case of registered letters, you should authorize the Polish Post Office to deliver them to your letter box. You can do this by following these instructions.

You can pick up any other mail that requires confirmation, or that for any other reason cannot be delivered to the letter box (parcels, size) in person at the nearest post office within 14 days.
We do not scan letters* if it is possible to do it yourself through the Polish Post Office (Envelo). The offer of this service is here.

We check the letter box at least twice a week and inform you about letters or advice notes via email. You can also use a free of charge service offered by the Polish Post Office called eINFO:advice, which immediately informs you about every registered letter or advice note via a text message or email.

You can pick up any mail delivered to the letter box at the office at ul. Smarzewskiego 31/19 at any time, seven days a week, by using our automated system of post boxes that operate on similar principles as Paczkomaty (self-service parcel pick-up stations).

As part of the service, you receive an address for your business activity and can also use the office space for up to 10 hours throughout the contract period.
 
You may make your own reservation using the online system. Your account is created in the system after signing a contract.
There is no permanent person at Smarzewskiego 31.

The total gross cost of the service is PLN 295.20 per year.

The contract period is one calendar year.
 
We offer competitive prices because we do not impose unnecessary extra "price included" services and we do not employ staff, as most functions are automated. We just focus on the most important thing, i.e. we deliver the service you need.
The service of making premises available for business activities is legal. In the case of one-man companies, a fiscal audit is usually conducted in the place indicated in the CEIDG-1 form as "Address for storing the applicant's accounting records," which is usually the address of your accounting office. If need be, it is possible to arrange a meeting with an accounting office or virtual office, remembering to reserve it in advance and make sure it is available at the time.
