Office31 was founded to fill a gap in the virtual office market.
We needed an address for a business that, for various reasons, could not be registered at a private address.
At the same time, the company primarily provided services remotely, out of the office, at the client's site or via the Internet.
After analyzing the offerings of existing virtual offices, it quickly became apparent that the market lacked an offering tailored to our business.
We didn't need access to a conference room, a phone number and call forwarding, mail back and other ancillary services.
The most important thing for us was to have an address for registering the company, notifying us of new mail that occasionally came to us (most correspondence, including with authorities, we preferred to deal with online or eventually by phone).
The problem with existing virtual offices was also that they charged extra fees for returning mail, plus we didn't always want random people to be able to see our correspondence while scanning.
In this situation, it became necessary to pick up the letter in person from the office location.
