What service do we provide?
We provide a virtual office service that enables you to obtain an address for registering your company. Thanks to this, you do not have to use your private home address in contracts, on invoices and in all registers such as CEIDG, KRS (which is sometimes problematic, especially when renting a flat, when the owner does not agree to register the company). Our virtual office is also chosen by private individuals for their website or shop as a mailing address.

For how much?
Cheapest!
Our basic price is £240 net + 23% VAT (£295.20 gross) per year. We do not offer monthly payments - The payment is a one-off for the whole year and the contract is for a fixed period of one year. This means that you will pay less than £300 per year for the virtual office service, rather than every month. In the future there will be payment options for periods of 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months. What do you get for the price?

- 24/7 access to our office in most locations
- 10 hours annual access to the office, e.g. for work or meetings
- Email notifications of new mail with a photo of the advice note or letter envelope
- Access to a customer panel for service management
Important: Mail scanning is an extra chargeable service that can be ordered if required during the contract period.
The price of our service on an annual basis is comparable to the cost of a restaurant dinner for two people. If the above information is sufficient for you and the price is attractive enough to make it worth a try, we congratulate you on your speed of decision-making → conclude the contract.
