Office31 was set up to fill a gap in the virtual office market.

We needed an address for a business that, for various reasons, could not be registered at a private address.

At the same time, the company primarily provided services remotely, out of the office, at the client's premises or via the internet.

After analysing the range of existing virtual offices, it quickly became apparent that there was a lack of offerings on the market to suit our business.

We did not need access to a meeting room, a telephone number and call forwarding, mail back and other ancillary services.
