What sets us apart from other virtual offices in Warsaw and Poznan is our 24/7 access. What does this mean in practice? While other offices work within specific hours (e.g. 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday), we are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. This is possible primarily because we provide a contactless service - you won't meet our staff on site, and the Mail collection in the office is fully automated. The exception is Wrocław - here our virtual office operates from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week, including holidays. The range of hours is so wide that you can easily pick up your correspondence before work, during the day or after work, or on any day off.
How do I collect correspondence in the office?
You do not need to make an appointment with us at a specific time to collect your letters. We value your time, which is why you have 3 days from the sending of the email notification to collect your correspondence. We will give you a unique PIN number for the box where you will find your letters. You can come and collect them at any time, even at 3am on Saturday morning or Sunday evening (the exception is WrocławYou can collect your parcels every day between 6 am and 10 pm). If you are unable to collect your mail at the indicated time, we will store it for you free of charge.
What happens to uncollected mail?
Once the deadline has passed, the correspondence goes into our archive. This is usually a lockable metal cabinet located in our premises. Only Office31 staff have access to it, so it cannot be opened with a PIN number. If you wish, we can move mail that has gone into the archive to the PIN box, where it will be waiting to be collected for 48 hours. If you do not collect your mail, it will be placed back in the archive and any subsequent transfer to the locker will be preceded by a handling fee of PLN 10 net. You will always find the collection date in the e-mail with notification of pending correspondence.
