Why is the payment only annual?
The annual payment allows us to offer you the lowest price on the market - just £20 per month (£295.20 gross for the whole year). That's a saving compared to the competition and you don't have to worry about monthly billing. You pay once a year and benefit from the full package of services for 12 months without additional formalities.
How does the token system work?
The token system is a flexible pre-paid service. You buy a package of tokens at a time (e.g. 10, 25 or 50 tokens). The tokens have no expiry date - you can use them at any time via the online Customer Panel. You only pay when you actually need them.
Is a virtual office address legitimate?
Yes, the address from the virtual office is fully legal and can be used to register a business in CEIDG and to register a company in KRS. Our service complies with Polish law and meets all formal requirements.
How quickly can I conclude a contract and use the address?
The speed of signing the contract is up to you. Our system allows you to conclude a contract even within minutes. In order for the process to run smoothly, it is necessary to complete the verification steps, reply to the verification SMS and make a verification transfer. Once the payment has been settled, you will immediately gain access to the Customer Panel and all the functions of the package, including virtual address, correspondence receipt and archiving.
How does mail collection work?
All correspondence that is delivered to our letterbox is received, registered and handled in our system. You receive notification of each delivery in the online Customer Panel. You can collect the mailings in person or order a scan of the correspondence using tokens - then you will see the contents of the document online, without having to visit the office.
Are there any additional charges?
There are no hidden costs. The price of the annual package (£295.20 gross) is all you pay for a year's use of your virtual address, mail archiving, mail collection and online Client Panel. Document scanning is an optional token service - you only buy tokens when you need them. No subscription means full cost control.
What happens after one year?
At the end of the one-year period, you can renew the service for another year. We will inform you well in advance of the upcoming expiry date of the service.
