At our virtual office Office31, we emphasise simplicity and modernity, providing a tailored service.

Our virtual office offers a basic Standard package:

• Mailing address and business registration address at central locations.
• Ten hours of access to office space per year as part of the basic package.
• Email notifications of new correspondence, including photos of envelopes (sender identifiable) and advices.
• 24-hour access to the office premises (Wrocław is an exception - here our virtual office operates from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days a week, including holidays).
• Automated access to self-collection of mail in the office.
• Online platform for booking office space.
• Archiving of uncollected correspondence and the possibility of picking it up later at a convenient time.
• Access to the Customer Panel to manage services.

All of the above services are offered at a price of PLN 20 net per month, payable annually in advance, which amounts to PLN 240 net, i.e. PLN 295.20 gross per year.

In addition, for the Standard Package we offer an optional mail scanning service, which is available on request and is not included in the annual subscription.

At the same time, we encourage the use of electronic communication with institutions such as ZUS or the US, which can significantly reduce the need for scanning and/or visits to the Post Office.
