Customers who use our mailing address in Warsaw, Wrocław, Cracow or Poznańreceive free e-mail notifications of letters to be collected. The message also includes a photo of the advice letter or letter envelope and instructions on how to collect the correspondence yourself from our head office. Letters that have not been advised of receipt go to PIN code safe deposit box - You can collect it within 3 days. If you do not collect your parcel within this time, we will store it for you free of charge. Advised letters, on the other hand, will be available for collection at your local Post Office. We also offer scanning at extra cost - the price list can be found in our detailed offer. It is worth remembering that our boxes are not permanently assigned to a customer, so each time correspondence can be placed in a different box. To ensure the highest security, the PIN number needed to receive mail is also changed each time. 

Can you collect registered letters?

Our employees appear at the office31 in Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków and Warsaw several times a week to handle correspondence. During this time, they send email notifications of mail to be collected, send photos of envelopes and (for an additional fee) scan documents. Even if the postman brings a registered letter under their presence, they will not be able to collect it as they are not entitled to do so. The exception is if the customer has triggered the free service of the Polish Post Office - Recommended for the box. If you want your registered letters to wait for you in a box, you can start this service online or at the post office. Otherwise, the postman will leave an advice letter - we will send you a photo of the document by email and the parcel will be available for collection at the post office. Service Recommended for the box does not include letters requiring a signature for acknowledgement of receipt. Such letters must be collected by yourself or by proxy at the local post office.
