What is a sustainable development strategy?
The sustainability strategy is about creating an action plan that integrates the environmental, economic and social aspects of the business. More and more companies are choosing to implement such a strategy for reasons of brand image, social responsibility and environmental concerns. "Green" strategies are recognised by customers and attract employees, and companies implementing sustainability strategies can often benefit from subsidies and grants.
How to implement sustainability in a company?
Implementing sustainable development requires a number of measures, such as:
- assessing the current situation through environmental and social audits,
- identification of areas requiring optimisation,
- setting short-term and long-term objectives,
- creating a sustainable development strategy,
- implement the strategy in all departments of the company,
- employee training,
- verification of suppliers for compliance with the new strategy,
