Limitations of the Office31 service

Our service is simple and clear.

It has only 3 limitationswhich we communicate directly - in addition to which Office31 gives you complete flexibility and access to the office whenever you want:

  • 24/7 in Poznań and Warsaw,
  • 6:00-22:007 days a week in Krakow, Lodz and Wroclaw.

Service in offices - modern, without a fixed reception desk

Outside Poznań in our locations no permanent office staff working a standard 8 hours a day. It's a conscious choice: with automation and self-service, you only pay for real mail handling, rather than maintaining a traditional reception desk. The result? Lower price, greater flexibility and access at a convenient time.

Poznan is an exception - in addition to 24/7 automated office access, our team is on site every day (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm), enabling extended on-site support and premium services.


Our 3 limitations

1. letters requiring signature ✍️

  • Outside of Poznań (required Premium package) at this time, we do not receive mail that requires a handwritten signature (e.g. court, bailiff, police).
  • All other letters - including registered letters that do not require a signature - we will collect and place in your box.
  • We recommend that you activate the following service at the Polish Post Office "Recommended to the box" (free of charge). It will bring most of the referrals to Office31 and we will be able to serve them fully with the basic Standard package in all cities.

2. parcels 📦

  • We do not normally collect parcels from couriers.
  • Exception: Poznań - We accept shipments up to 30 × 30 × 35 cm.
  • In other cities you have alternatives:
    • redirection of the parcel to your own address (available from many couriers),
    • collection at a nearby POP or parcel post (depending on the courier company).

3. return of correspondence 📤.

  • At present, the return of letters to the customer's designated address is available exclusively in Poznań.
  • In other cities, we offer on-site collection and full mail handling.

How does the mail service work?

  • Poznan - staff are available daily (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm).
  • Warsaw - 5 times a week,
  • Wrocław - 4 times a week,
  • Krakow - 3 times a week,
  • Łódź - 2 times a week.

👉 This means that:

  • in most cities, postal notifications and full service are on the same day,
  • in Krakow to a maximum of 1 working day,
  • in Łódź to a maximum of 2 working days.

During the visits, staff collect letters, advice notes, sort, archive correspondence and make scans on request.


Contact and support

Instead of a permanent reception desk, we offer fast remote support and self-service:

  • Customer Panel - PIN, scan orders, repositioning of mail from the archive, submissions,
  • E-mail / contact form - rapid feedback,
  • Chat - Write to us, we will write to you immediately during office hours 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Mon-Fri),
  • ✅ Call - We answer every phone call, and in emergency situations when that fails - leave a message, we'll call you back,
  • On-site support in Poznań during team working hours.

Office31 is maximum flexibility with minimum restrictions:

There are only three limitations - Letters requiring a signature (except for Poznań - Premium Package), parcels (except for small ones in Poznań) and sending back correspondence (except for Poznań - Premium Package).

In all other cases, the Office31 acts fully automatic, transparent and flexible.
