📦 What is the Premium Office Package31?

The Premium package is an extended version of our standard virtual office package.

Currently only available in Poznań, it includes:

• ✅ Receipt of letters with acknowledgement of receipt, including registered mail
  The postman has been instructed to deliver direct to our office. In exceptional circumstances, he/she may only leave a postal advice note - in which case the procedure below applies.
• ✅ Collection of letters from a Polish Post office - once a week (Friday)
  If an advice letter is issued:
  • you will receive a photo of it by e-mail,
  • belongs to Thursday until 15:00 confirm your willingness to receive,
  • Applications after this deadline will be processed one week later.

  📌 If Friday is a public holiday - collection takes place on Thursday.

• ✅ Unlimited scanning of mail on demand
  Currently, scanning takes place by selecting a specific letter in the Customer Panel. In the target version, automatic scanning of all incoming correspondence will be available.
• ✅ Collection of courier parcels requiring a signature
  Applies to parcels that fit into boxes measuring 30 × 30 × 35 cm.

💰 Premium package cost

• PLN 32 net per month (payment in advance for 12 months = net PLN 384)
• For existing customers of the Standard package: surcharge 12 zł net × number of months remaining until the end of the contract

Attention - The price of PLN 32 net / month applies to a one-year contract. This is the price promotional. In the full version of the premium package, which will appear around November 2025, its cost is 39 PLN / month with a 12-month contract, i.e.  PLN 468 net / year - PLN 575.64 gross. Contracts shorter and longer than 12 months will be available, with prices lower or higher respectively depending on the length of the contract.

📍 Availability

The package is currently available exclusively in Poznań.

🔸 Limitations of the test version

• 🚫 No possibility to order referrals via the Customer Panel
  Provisional: you can order a courier to our address - the parcel will be issued. We do not print labels and do not provide packaging (when ordering a courier, please choose the option where the courier has a label and his own packaging).
• 🚫 No SMS notifications - standard email notifications work

📩 Powers of attorney - receipt of letters and parcels on your behalf

In order for us to be able to collect registered mail and courier deliveries requiring a signature on your behalf, a power of attorney is required. You can choose one of the following:

➡️ General power of attorney

• Handed to us in person, by courier or by post (3 copies, original signatures)
• No charge
• Allows you to receive:
  • ordinary letters,
  • registered letters (except for court and prosecution letters),
  • letters from ZUS, US, PUP, etc.

➡️ Postal power of attorney

• In person by you at any Post Office branch
• Also includes court and prosecutor's office mail
• Issued by name to our employees
• Fee: 52 zł (26 zł × 2 persons) - charged by the Polish Post Office
• 📌 In the event of a change of collector on our side - resubmission and payment necessary. As compensation: we will top up your account with 5 tokens (net PLN 25).

🛠️ What's next?

The target version of the premium package will be implemented in the next 3 months (around November 2025) and will additionally include:

• SMS notifications of new correspondence
• Possibility of ordering courier deliveries via the Customer Panel
• Full automation of correspondence handling
