Restrictions on services provided

Our service is simple and clear.

It has only 3 limitationswhich we communicate directly - in addition to which Office31 gives you complete flexibility and access to the office whenever you want:

• 24/7 in Poznań and Warsaw,
• 6:00-22:00, 7 days a week in Krakow, Lodz, Katowice, Gdansk and Wroclaw.

Service in offices - modern, without a fixed reception desk

Outside Poznań in our locations no permanent office staff working a standard 8 hours a day. It's a conscious choice: with automation and self-service, you only pay for real mail handling, rather than maintaining a traditional reception desk. The result? Lower price, greater flexibility and access at a convenient time.

Poznan is an exception - in addition to 24/7 automated office access, our team is on site every day (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm), enabling extended on-site support and premium services.

Two limitations of the Standard Package

1. letters requiring signature ✍️

• We do not collect parcels outside Poznań (or outside the Premium Package). The customer receives a photo of the delivery notice by email and collects the parcel themselves (or via an authorised person – not via Biuro31 staff) from a Poczta Polska branch. 
  
• Other letters, in including registered not requiring signature – we collect i we post w in the safe. 
• Recommendation for customer: free of charge service Post offices Polish "Registered To boxes” – the majority registered ends up then to Biuro31 i is in fully supported w Standard at everyone cities. 
• Abolition restrictions: Package Premium (only Poznan).

2. parcels 📦

• We do not normally collect parcels from couriers.
• Exception: Poznań – We accept parcels up to 30 × 30 × 25 cm.
• Alternatives in other cities:
  • redirecting a parcel to your own address,
  • collection at a nearby POP or parcel post (depending on the courier company).
    
    

Forwarding correspondence

• Available at all locations.
• Postage in the Standard Package: 25 zł net + courier charges.
• Delivery as part of the Premium Package (available only in Poznań): no service charge; the customer only pays the courier fee.
  
  

How does the mail service work?

• Poznan - staff are available daily (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm).
• Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków - 5 times a week,
• Łódź, Gdańsk - 3 times a week,
• Katowice - 2 times a week.

👉 This means that:

• in most cities, postal notifications and full service are on the same day,
• in Łódź and Gdańsk, up to a maximum of 2 working days.
• In Gdańsk, to 3 working days.

During the visits, staff collect letters, advice notes, sort, archive correspondence and make scans on request.

Instead of a permanent reception desk, we offer fast remote support and self-service:

 Premium package (Poznań only)⭐

For customers in Poznań we have prepared Premium packagewhich removes most restrictions.
The price includes:

• collection of registered letters requiring a signature directly from the postman,
• unlimited scanning,
• unlimited return of correspondence by courier or Parcel Post,
• Collection of courier parcels up to 30 x 30 x 25 cm. 
• We also offer the option of granting us a postal power of attorney (which you submit in person at a Poczta Polska branch) or a general power of attorney (which you sign by hand and send us three copies of).

Summary

Office31 is maximum flexibility with minimum restrictions:

• ✔ Access to the office 24/7 or 6-22,
• ✔ fast same-day postal service in most cities,
• ✔ full automation and online self-service,
• ✔ saving with a modern model without the classic reception desk.

There are only three limitations - Letters requiring a signature (except for Poznań - Premium Package), parcels (except for small ones in Poznań) and sending back correspondence (except for Poznań - Premium Package).

In all other cases, the Office31 acts fully automatic, transparent and flexible.
