- More frequent handling of correspondence - The comprehensive handling of your correspondence now takes place 5 days a weekwhich allows us to provide our services even more quickly.
- Courier collection - Since recently, we have been able to collect parcels and packages up to 30 x 30 x 35 cm directly from couriers at our office in Poznań. This is a novelty that is proving very popular.
- On-site support - In our office at 21/2 Szamarzewskiego Street in Poznań, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., you may use the assistance of our new employees, Roksana and Alicja. If necessary, they will support you in the process of collecting your correspondence and help you with any other matters related to our offer.
- New contact channel - telephone - As of 25 November, we have launched a telephone service on 22 494 31 30available on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If the call cannot be answered, you can leave a message on the voicemail and we will call you back.
With these changes Office31 in Poznań has become even more accessible and flexible. What's more, our branches in Wrocław and Warsaw are also benefiting from these improvements - telephone service and remote support operate there during the same hours, allowing for fast support for both existing and new customers.
