Due to growth, we are looking for further locations for Virtual Office branches31.

We focus on large provincial cities (Krakow, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk and others) where business is growing.

We are interested in offices in central city districts (not necessarily the very centre), located in places where it is possible to park a car in the vicinity (parking space may also be rented from us).

The office itself must meet several requirements:

• Customer access 24/7 (preferred), minimum 6am - 10pm - customers turn up at the office to collect their mail at various times, an electronic PIN lock will be fitted to the office door (access is monitored, you know who is entering the office)

• A unique address that can be used as a registration address for customers' businesses, where mail will arrive without problems.

• Ability to collect incoming correspondence to clients from a dedicated mailbox or reception area (no staff will be permanently based at the office).
• Agreement in the contract for the operation of a virtual office, where the address will be used by clients to register companies and clients themselves will be able to use the office on a limited hourly basis.

In terms of square footage, we would consider premises of around 15-40 sqm, one or two rooms.

Venues where there is the additional option of hourly hire of a meeting room (an additional income option for the venue owner) are ideal, although this is not a requirement.

We are interested in a long-term lease, to be determined.
