How much does a virtual office in Office31 cost?
Standard Package: 20 zł net per month, which works out at 240 zł net / 295.20 zł gross per year. Premium Package: 32 zł net per month, which works out at 384 zł net / 472.32 zł gross per year.
The above prices apply when signing a 12-month contract. Other contract options available are: 3 months, 6 months or 24 months.
What does the price of a virtual office include?
Included in the price, you receive: an address for registration and correspondence in Poznań, e-mail notifications of correspondence (including photos of envelopes), access to the co-working space at no extra charge (10 hours to use per year), 24/7 access to the premises and an online Customer Panel to manage services.
Does the price of a virtual office include scanning of correspondence?
In the Premium package, scanning is unlimited while in the Standard package, scanning is an optional additional service, available on the token system. Example: 10 tokens costs £45 net and allows you to scan 10 letters of 5 pages each.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is made in advance for the entire contract period. Once you have completed the verification steps, you will receive a pro forma invoice and the contract.
Do I need to have a business to use a virtual office?
No, you do not need to have a business to use a virtual office. We conclude contracts with sole traders, sole proprietors and non-registered individuals. Can I collect my mail in person?
Yes. We offer physical access to the premises 24/7 in Poznan. You can collect your correspondence yourself or have it scanned.
How does the Premium package differ from the Standard package?
The Premium package available in Poznań also includes: collection of registered letters and courier parcels, unlimited scanning of correspondence on request, and collection of delivery notices from a Poczta Polska branch once a week. This requires the granting of a power of attorney to collect parcels.
How long does it take to activate the service?
The service is usually activated within 1 working day of the contract being signed and payment being credited.
